  1. How long are shipping times?

Whether your product is being shipped from in house or from one of our supply locations, we typically ship products within 1 to 5 days of receiving an order. From that point it can take 1 to 10 days for the item to arrive with potential delays due to high demand. We are not responsible for courier delays.

As soon as the item ships, you will receive a tracking number updating you on your order location at all times.

We ship to the continental United States. We unfortunately cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. 


  1. What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


  1. Can I cancel my order?

We only accept cancellations to an order if requested the same day the order was placed. Please contact roundrockplants@gmail.com for cancellation requests.


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Contact us immediately at roundrockplants@gmail.com with photos and order information and we will take care of any issue.


  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.
